2. Your public IP Address being using has been blacklist. Some of the country facing this problem because of very frequent vulnerabilities done by hacker or internet thief came from the various country.

WHAT YOU CAN DO?

a. front and back of your credit card. Make sure hide your personal pin no (at the back side of your credit card)
b. front and back a picture Citizen ID

to 866-835-8418 or 817-796-2974.
lease write your Pre-enrollee ID Number, name and email address at the top of every page faxed.

Email to MWDP New Accounts - Fraud Alert email : newaccounts@myworldplus.com

MyWorldPlus will review your documents and reply by email if your request has been approved. It may take 5 to 10 days to process your request and verify the information and documents you fax to us.
